Welcome

Thank you for visiting my website.  I am a qualified personal trainer working in a 10 mile radius of my base in Brockham, Surrey 

(eg Dorking, Reigate, Leatherhead), although I am happy to offer online options for those further afield.  I mainly work with women in their 40s, 50s and 60s who are facing a challenging time in their life (peri-post menopause journey) and looking to improve strength, fitness and overall health. This is not just about 'fat loss and shrinking' but more about taking control and rebuilding confidence in ourselves.  We build a partnership that offers shared knowledge (we all have something to learn from each other) and expertise to build confidence and belief in our mental and physical abilities to deal with everyday life.  I am lucky enough to have the most fabulous clients, I love the relationships that have been built - check below for a few comments.

It’s been fantastic doing 1:1 training sessions with Jo.  She’s helped me get back to fitness following recovery having breast cancer  whilst also adjusting to the menopause.  Each session has been individually tailored, with a plan to follow between sessions.  What I’ve really appreciated is how much Jo puts in to working out what worked for me and how to keep me motivated - also helped by it being enjoyable to chat to her during sessions so it feels like you’re exercising with a friend instead of being a chore.
