WHAT I DO

I provide mobile personal training and fitness programmes designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. These will be based on your requirements, ability, preferences and lifestyle.  

I work flexibly in respect of session times and scheduling, only taking on a limited number of clients at a time in order to maintain my commitment and quality of service to each one.

Fitness Instructor

PERSONAL TRAINING

1-2-1 training.  This is real 'you' time!
Personal training is very specific to the individual which means that everything we do will be for you and only you.
Sessions typically last about an hour (as of 1st April 2024
£50/session for up to 8 booked 
*£42/session for 8 or more booked

Fees include screening and assessments, programme and session planning, nutrition & weight management advice and support

Every potential client receives a free (no obligation) consultation where we meet in person.  This gives us an opportunity to get to know a little bit about each other and ensure we are a good fit moving forward.

Group Workout Session

SMALL GROUP TRAINING (2-4)

Team up with others if you prefer to workout with friends or family.  The best of both worlds, you still get the personal attention that is missing in large group class based training.  Great idea for a friend's birthday, something different and fun!

Sessions typically last about an hour (from 5th April 2024)

2 people:

£66/session for up to 8 booked 

*£56/session for 8 or more booked*

3 - 4 people:

£77/session for up to 8 booked

*£65/session for 8 or more booked*

Fitness

TYPE OF TRAINING

Face to face or Online, indoors or outdoors whether it's your garden, a public place or we may use the local area to improve our strength and endurance through hill training, walking workouts.

I supply what's needed for each session so no equipment from you is required, just yourself some suitable clothing, trainers and water!

We will use a variety of techniques to improve cardio, strength, power, endurance as well as focusing on mobility, posture and balance.  We will use a combination of aerobic and resistance (weights/bodyweight) training.

I am qualified in the following and therefore will train accordingly:

Level 3 Personal Trainer (including Nutrition & Weight Management support)

Level 4 Exercise for Management of Lower Back Pain

Exercise Referral (safe and effective exercise prescription for certain medical conditions eg arthritis, osteoporosis, diabetes, hypertension)

WHO DO I TRAIN

I train women in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond, particularly those who are in that challenging transitional journey of peri to post menopause. This is a time when we really have to start putting ourselves first and do what we can to help ourselves. 

  I am also qualified to help anyone who may have certain medical conditions eg Hypertension, Asthma, Obesity, Diabetes, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Depression, General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) as well as those suffering from lower back pain issues.  Often it is simple lifestyle changes that can really help some of these conditions.

E-Gift Vouchers can be bought for any amount or number of sessions.  They can be used against any type of session and are valid for 6 months from the purchase date.  E-gift certificates can be sent to the purchaser or recipient.  When ordering please give:
